Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancellations can be done up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. You will be issued a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Rescheduling online English lessons with me is only possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Lesson duration

All lessons must start and end on time. If you are late to a lesson, it must still end on schedule and you will not be given any refunds. I will wait for you only up to 15 minutes if I don’t receive any prior notice that you will be late.

Technical problems and equipment

I, the teacher, shall not be held responsible for any technical problems you experience.
It is the student’s responsibility to have a sufficiently good internet connection, Skype, and a headset.

Subscription Lesson Plans
- All lessons must be used within 30 days of purchase
- Lessons will NOT be transfered past 30 days if they are not used
- Scheduling of lessons is subject to the availability of teacher.
- All lessons are priced in Euro. 
- There are no extra registration fees or hidden charges.
- Students are responsible for downloading Skype (for free) and obtaining the proper equipment to use with the software. 
- Students are also responsible for registering and creating a working Skype user ID
- I only accept payment with credit cards through Paypal or by a Paypal account. Paypal is a secure payment processor that guaranties the safety of your online transaction. Paypal is one of the most preferred and safest online payment methods used around the world.

RU: Условия

1.Все уроки должны начинаться и заканчиваться во время. Если вы опаздываете, урок все равно должен заакончиться соответственно графику (так как после вас по расписанию идет урок другого ученика) и деньги не будут возвращены, можно будет попробовать перенести данный урок, если у меня в расписании будет окно в какой-нибудь другой день.. Я буду ждать вас около 15 минут.

2.Технические проблемы и оборудование

Я, учитель, не несу ответственности за любые технические проблемы, что у вас могут быть.
Это ответственность студента, чтобы иметь достаточно хороший доступ в интернет, Skype, веб-камеру, наушники и микрофон..

3.Условия по использованию уроков:
- Все уроки должны быть использованы в течение 30 дней.
-Уроки, не использованные в течение 30 дней не могут переведены на следующий месяц.
- Расписание зависит от свободных часов в расписании учителя..
- Нет никаких дополнительных сборов или скрытых расходов.

- Покупается сразу пакет уроков на целый месяц (16 уроков по 45 мин = 95 евро/ месяц).

- Оплата (только в Евро) производится через www.paypal.com (зараннее там зарегистрируйтесь и дождитесь подтверждения вашей банковской карты; регистрация бесплатная). Или через MoneyGram, Western Union (вы оплачиваете проценты за перевод).

- Вам должно быть больше 18 лет. Если нет 18 лет, родители должны оплатить уроки за вас.

PT **duração de lição

1.Todas as aulas devem começar e terminar ao tempo. Se você está atrasado, a lição ainda deve terminar conform a horário e não será dado qualquer reembolso. Eu vou esperar por você mais ou menos 15 minutos, se eu não recebi qualquer aviso prévio que voce vai estar atrasado.

2.Problemas técnicos e equipamentos

Eu, a professora, não sou responsavel por eventuais problemas técnicos que você tem.
É a responsabilidade do estudante de ter uma conexão de internet suficientemente bom, Skype, e fone de ouvido.

3.Condições de aulas:
- Todas as aulas devem ser usadas eme 30 dias.
- Aulas não vao ser transferidos nos proximos 30 dias, se não forem usados.
- Horario depende de disponibilidade da professora.
- Não há extra taxas de inscrição ou custos ocultos.
- Os alunos são responsáveis para ter o Skype e obter o equipamento necessario.
